PAYROLL CLERK – CORPORATE

We are currently seeking for a PAYROLL CLERK– at our Corporate Office in El Paso TX

Duties:

· Processing of new hires in Kronos system

· Updates records by reviewing and entering tax withholding, deductions, bank information and any payroll related information.

· Prepares pay by processing and reviewing payroll adjustments, reviewing audits for profile and pay rate changes

· Ensures that appropriate information is applied as it relates to leaves of absence and terminations

· Ensures verifications of employment are completed timely

Skills:

· Computer literate desirable

· Excellent communication skills

· Must be assertive and ability to provide a first-rate experience for our customers

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of Payroll Experience required.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Some payroll and/or benefits experience a plus

· Flexibility and adaptability to change; must be able to multi-task; excellent time management skills

· Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Knowledge of Kronos Workforce Ready (Preferred but not required)

· Self motivated; able to work independently; and handle confidential matters

· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices

· Problem analysis and problem-solving skills

· Decision making and delegation
