Property Clerk Job Description:

The Property Clerk will help to oversee and manage the day to day activities that go on with all leased and owned locations. They will work hand in hand with the Company’s Regional Managers/Executives to ensure all locations have the most suitable working environment for our employees.

This position seeks a highly motivated individual to perform several clerical duties, provide excellent customer service, prioritize, and multitask in a fast paced environment. Job Duties include:

· Receiving New Leases

· Negotiating Lease Renewals

· Working Annual Surveys of all locations

· Resolving all maintenance issues within all locations

· Diligence on all email correspondence

· Maintain various files/data, produce reports for Property Manager

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
