Fredericksburg Church Hiring for Cathedral Coordinator at Remote Full Time

The Coordinator fulfils a key role as a crucial member of the Cathedral staff, providing administrative support for the worship and mission of the Cathedral which is vital to the Parish’s spiritual health and growth. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Cathedral , and is expected to support the life of the Cathedral parish community and be actively involved in relevant meetings.

Cathedral Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the production of all formal communications and publications in the Cathedral (including preparing regular newsletters and posters)
• Coordinating our Health and Safety Plan
• Maintaining the Cathedral’s social media presence and routine updates of the website
• Coordinating volunteers and rosters
• Being the first point of contact for people phoning, emailing or calling into the Cathedral
• Working to support the Clergy team and Cathedral Community in furthering the mission and ministry of the Cathedral
• The ideal applicant will be an experienced coordinator and efficient administrator who is competent across a range of key Microsoft Office and Google products. You will have a cool head and be used to multitasking and working in a team-based environment. A heart for working with volunteers in a faith-based community will be essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.92 – $58.12 per hour
