Fresh Cars Pte Ltd is an established car rental company located in the eastern side of Singapore. We specialize in car rental for private hire use and personal rental to individuals. The company fleet has grown quickly from 2016 to 2021, making us the fastest growing car rental company in Singapore.

You will be working in a young, fun and zestful working environment in a team together with the Director. We have a very open culture and are passionate about what we do. We are looking for individuals who are energetic and innovative to join the team to focus on getting our brand out there!

• Assist the operations team to develop and implement vehicle preventive maintenance programs
• Do UAT testing on new operation system to ensure that operation processes can be implemented before the system go ‘live’.
• Work with partner workshops to ensure smooth updating of repairs via new operation system
• Assist operations team in management of daily operational activities to ensure smooth handling of customers and the flow of vehicles
• Assist the operations team to oversee the overall operation and maintenance of the fleet and ensure vehicles are maintained in good condition
• Assist operations team to manage customer feedback and complaints regarding vehicle condition and repairs
• Assist operations team to manage all matters relating to vehicle, accident and breakdown issues with customers
• Assist to generate monthly reports regarding vehicle maintenance and accidents
• Assist in all other ad hoc activities as assigned
