The program will last one semester with the potential for additional semesters. The ultimate goal is to prepare students for full time employment with Frito Lay as a Maintenance Mechanic. The program will be designed to match work tasks with current or previous courses taken. The successful candidate will work 16 to 24 hours a week in an industrial maintenance environment. The work hours will flex based on your class schedule. The candidate will attend all required trainings including Safety Programs and job-specific trainings.
