Fritz Staffing Group Hiring for Office Administrator (FT) at Remote Full Time
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two or more years of administrative experience.
- Comfortable working on computer and computer applications with advance level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Paycom Experience. (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities:
- Support A/R to reconcile employees time each week.
- Call customers to correct discrepancies in individuals pay.
- Communicate pay changes/discrepancies with the Payroll Manager.
- Communicate with Account Managers and Recruiters for missing employees, start dates, per diems, etc.
Employee will be supplied with a company laptop
