• Hours: 9am – 3pm | Monday – Friday
• Hourly rate: $28.60+ 8% holiday pay

About The Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare company for a dedicated Receptionist/ Office Administrator. This role is essential in ensuring efficient administrative support within the office and providing a high level of service to the nurses onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reception duties, ensuring visitors are welcomed, and health and safety protocols are followed.
• Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, time and attendance records, and training management.
• Maintain accurate customer and training records in the Client Management System (CMS) and other platforms.
• Assist in quality system administration and participate in ongoing training to enhance service delivery.
• Dealing with the fleet and sometimes dropping things to nurses within the residential areas.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the healthcare or community services sector but not a must.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CMS or CRM/ERP systems.
• Driving license – provisional or full license needed!
• Ability to work autonomously and maintain a high level of accuracy.
