About The Role

In this role, you will serve as the 2IC one of the HR leads, whilst they are great at what they do, they need someone with senior generalist HR skills to ensure day to day operations are being followed through and managers and employees are feeling supported throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will span a variety of areas, including supporting and coaching managers, ensuring employees are receiving pastoral care, dealing with complex ER cases and other HR generalist tasks. You’ll have the chance to help shape strategies, interact with top-level executives, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

We are searching for someone with extensive public sector experience, the government agency operates in a complex matrix model, so familiarity with such an intricate setting will be highly valuable. You should be eager to immerse yourself in projects, support others, and embrace new challenges as they arise.
