We are hiring Sales Representatives who are “abscessed” with smiles and have dental chops. If you are looking for a change from your dental career without leaving the industry this opportunity may “resinate” with you! We are seeking great people with experience working in the dental field but who are craving a change in career to join our outstanding team.

This position will be based out of our office in the GTA with hours between 12:00pm – 8:00pm.

The recruitment process will be facilitated virtually. In light of Covid-19 and for the health and safety of our employees and candidates, we at all times adhere to the health and safety guidance of public health authorities and will make adjustments as required.

The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:

• Make life easier for dentists as their main point of contact to fulfill dental supply needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with dental practices to be able to make product recommendations that align with their needs.
• Effectively collaborate with our internal logistics and customer service teams to ensure there is sufficient inventory and customers receive their product when they need them.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of dental assisting background.
• Confidently able to build customer leads through cold-calling. Sales experience is a definite plus!
• Exceptional customer service skills to be able to create meaningful relationships with our valued customers.
• High level of ambition and drive to succeed.
• Strong molars… morals.
• Ability to work onsite at our office in the GTA from Monday – Friday between the hours of 12:00pm – 8:00pm.
