About The Role
Full time opportunity for a motivated receptionist. Varied role where you will not be restricted in your learnings and room for development. Work between the hours of Monday – Friday 8-4:30 or 8:30 – 5pm.
- Provide exceptional customer service and front desk support
- Manage patient information accurately and efficiently with a CRM system
- Respond to telephone queries, email and other requests
- Ensure the smooth running of the front desk and waiting room area
- Work alongside and support the Practice Manager and 2IC where needed
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Be a team player with a warm friendly disposition
- Self-motivated with time management skills
- Experience within a medical setting beneficial
