Frontline Looking for Physiotherapist at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time

An exciting opportunity for a Physio to join a leader in community rehab. Part-time/contracting role at 26.5 hours per week as a sole charge clinician

About The Role

NOTE: This role is not suitable for international candidates with no NZ experience. It is an entirely autonomous role. There will not be day-to-day support for those who have not worked professionally in NZ.

This top-level organisation is well established and recognised across the Auckland region for their specialty work in community/homecare rehabilitation. They are seeking an experienced, NZ trained physio to join their brand new MSK clinic located in Henderson, West Auckland. This vacancy is a sole charge position so will require you to have worked in a musculoskeletal clinic previously.

• 26.5 hours per week
• Permanent Part-Time or Independent contracting position available
• Sole charge, working days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
• Generally 30 minute appointments

What You Have To Do

• Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions
• Operate autonomously in the clinic including all reporting and reception duties
• Work across ACC contracts including but not limited to Training for Independence & R2W/SAW programmes
• On occasion, you may be required to support the other MSK clinic in central Auckland

Skills And Experience

• A minimum of 2 – 5 years’ experience in NZ as a Physiotherapist is ideal but new grads may be considered
• Tertiary level qualification in Physiotherapy, approved by the NZ Physiotherapy Board
• Current APC and registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board
• Experience with ACC contracts
• Proven ability to communicate and interact effectively with patients and a wide variety of staff.
• Current first aid certificate
