THE ROLE

As the Assistant Manager, you will be assisting the Store Manager to ensure the efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in Sales Targets, and KPIs. YOUR DUTIES
- Customer Service Excellence
- Have a full understanding of running budgets
- To guide 6-7 Team members
- 40 Hour week
- Tuesday to Saturday Roster
- Ensure efficient OHS management
- Rostering/payroll timesheet
- Coaching & Training Development
- Visual Merchandising/ Stock control
THE RIGHT FIT
- A Fabulous Positive Personality
- You got to be into books, games, and arts & craft
- Proven retail management and service champion.
- Be able to communicate store direction and commercial initiatives
- Able to work autonomously
- Enthusiastic and calm under pressure
