We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Assistant Manager for this centrally-based boutique.

Your role will be crucial in delivering customer service excellence, driving sales, coaching the team, and meeting operational and financial targets.

With your people management skills and leadership experience, you will provide the Manager and team with the support they need to succeed by promoting the store through in-store merchandising, building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store presentation, and driving a culture that celebrates our success, our customers, and your team’s many achievements.

THE ROLE

THE RIGHT FIT CANDIDATE

• A proven retail sales and service champion.
• Minimum 12 months experience in a retail selling environment.
• At least some time in a 2IC or keyholder capacity – you have had a taste of leadership by running daily shifts and may have some experience with rosters.
• Detailed, with a creative eye and skill with merchandise placement.
• Well-groomed, spoken and demonstrates a great first impression every day.
• You have enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store and you get the team moving in the same direction.
• Passionate about store standards and team presentation.
