• Salary range: $93k -$104k plus benefits

Nestled in the picturesque Havelock North Village, this award-winning aged care facility has a hospital wing, two rest homes, and a dedicated dementia wing. Their commitment to providing exceptional care is unwavering. They are seeking passionate and experienced RNs ready to step up or existing clinical coordinators to join our team and embrace this dual role: coordinating services and practicing as an RN. As a key clinical leader, you will have the chance to shape the future of care in this facility, where residents thrive in a supportive and enriching environment.

What You Need To Have

• Right Attitude – ability to step in and help where required
• Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with a changing culture, a focus on an uplifting culture
• Understanding of NZ Employment law
• Able to work a Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs roster and be on call on a 6-weekly cycle

What you need to do;

• Provide clinical guidance to ensure a consistent team approach and promote an MDT approach to care
• Lead a team of 60-70 staff in a dedicated wing
• Previous clinical experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Coordinator within Aged Care
• Ability to manage competing priorities at the same time
• Handle day-to-day staffing needs and HR issues as they arise for your staff, with support from management
