About The Role

Work Monday to Friday with the potential on call for weekend 1 in 5 for this leading and well regarded medical imaging organisation located in Whangarei. This is a FT general x-ray position working 37.5hrs per week in a large close knit team. The organisation prides itself on its support and development of it’s employees so is a really great opportunity to step in to.

What You Have To Do

• Work within the confines of the privacy act of New Zealand and maintain full client confidentiality
• Conduct diagnostic images in a professional and efficient manner
• Fulfil any KPI’s set by your employer daily/weekly/monthly/annually
• Participate in scheduled professional development courses and seek to improve your own knowledge and skills where possible
• Deliver patient centred care and maintain patient comfor throughout procedures

Skills And Experience

• Qualified with a recognised medical imaging degree
• Current and up to date APC/registration with the NZMRTB
• High level understanding of medical imaging procedures
• All levels of experience to be considered, experience in other medical imaging roles are considered advantageous
• Clear and effect communication skills
