About The Role

Join one of New Zealand’s largest primary care providers with multiple clinics across the country. Work alongside a large, multidisciplinary team providing holistic healthcare to patients. Provide a high standard of clinical care that is patient centred, evidence based and culturally safe. You will be working across both GP and Urgent Care patients. What You Have To Do

• Make accurate nursing assessments and provide interventions
• Deliver ongoing care e.g wound management, dressings, vaccinations, smear taking, plastering
• Provide support and education to patients and families
• Maintain accurate, timely and confidential documentation
• Manage emergency situations and safety of visitors/ staff members

Skills And Experience

• NZ Registered Nurse with a current APC
• Primary or urgent care experience is advantageous
• Be flexible to work between 8am-8pm, not always required but flexibility is ideal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Treaty of Waitangi with a commitment to biculturalism
• Ability to work autonomously and in a cohesive team
