About The Role

Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to bolster diverse research initiatives within the local community through a primary health care service. What You Have To Do

• Assist in the collection of data through experiments, surveys, interviews, or other methods
• Enter and organize data into databases or other data management systems
• Maintain and update research databases
• Prepare and conducting experiments under the supervision of a researcher.
• Obtain informed consent from study participants
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing materials, and maintaining project records
• Ensure all health and safety practices are observed in all workplace activities.
• Assist the Centre’s Health and Safety Officer, when requested

Skills And Experience

• MUST have experience working in health care setting in research in New Zealand
• Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be fluent in English and or another Pacific Island language
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to ethical research practices
• Computer literate with MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong cultural awareness across all cultures
