Shift: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm – Monday to Friday. Are you ready to dive into this role? Your leadership skills will naturally boost operational brilliance, maintain top-notch quality, and lead the awesome team of 29 direct reports as will your operational experience will maximize line rates and production yield like a pro.

Key Skills And Experience

• 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or food production
• Master of production processes
• Safety and quality champion
• Pro at supervising, motivating, and developing direct reports
• Intermediate in Microsoft Office and computer wizardry
• A pro at influencing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
