FSConnections Call Center LLC Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

F.S. Connections Call Center, LLC in United States is looking for individual customer service to join our team. This is a work from home 1099 independent contract position base position that offers flexible schedule from the comfort of your home. In this role you will be taking inbound calls only, assisting customers clients with their daily needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and make them feel at home
• Answer any questions the customers may have
• Assist Customers with their needs
• Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
• Good communication skills with customers and F.S. Connections Call Center, LLC
• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT*
• No experience is required
• On the job training
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Pay 1099 ONLY
• NO paid vacation, PTO, Nor other benefits
