Integrated Waste Analysts, Inc. provides affordable, highly efficient waste and recycling management programs to businesses throughout the United States

We are looking for someone who loves to solve problems and help people. An enthusiastic individual to provide product and service information, resolve product and service problems, and perform various administrative tasks.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Record received, produced, and shipped goods.

Produce Route, Dispatch, and Bill of Lading paperwork.

Collect, update and maintain necessary customer files and records.

Record customer transactions in company information systems.

Create Invoices.

Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

Present a professional image and provide customer service in a positive and diplomatic manner.

Maintain excel workbooks with spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables.

Perform clerical and administrative support duties.

Work independently with attention to detail, advanced problem-solving skills, and proven time management skills.

NON-ESSENTIAL Responsibilities

Perform other functions that may be assigned.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accurate shipping, receiving and inventory reports.

Satisfied customer reports.

Response to customer inquiries.

Adherence to company deadlines.

Work consistently and in a timely manner.

Safe, secure and confidential handling of all customer and company assets.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM Management Software.

Excellent Verbal Communication skills.

Pass criminal background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour

• Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
• Logistics: 1 year (Required)
• Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
