About the role

Our FUJIFILM Business Innovation team in Auckland is looking for Contract Coordinator to join their team. This position will be responsible for working in a team environment and establishing relationships to maximize both internal and external customer satisfaction by providing contract support, monthly reporting, quantum board management, data entry, and administrative services in accordance with the Company’s policy.

Other duties include:

• Liaising with Sales, Logistics and Order Fulfilment to ensure all outstanding items are shipped and installed.
• Run fortnightly aged-contract, multi-department meetings
• Follow up on any outstanding items required for contract activation.
• Work with all Sales personnel and Business Operations groups to promote high standards of contract processing integrity to achieve maximum output.

Skills & experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in administration
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• Have a great attention to detail and possess strong numeric accuracy
• Superb multitasking abilities
• Know your way around Microsoft Office, essentially Excel
• Excellent data entry skills
