Customer Service / Order Entry

Fulcrum Coffee has a full-time opportunity for someone who is reliable, career minded, self-motivated and organized. This person will work with the Account Managers to ensure our wholesale customers are well taken care of. If you are a highly effective communicator with some experience in Excel, Quickbooks, and loves coffee want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

· Communicate clearly with customers

· Receive, enter, and schedule orders

· Participate in coffee activities and events

· Coordinate with drivers to resolve customer issues and opportunities

· Maintain customer accounts while building strong relationships

· Field prospective customer inquiries

· Additional duties as they arise

Requirements:

· Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

· Good organizational skills

· Good mathematical skills

· Attention to detail

· Likes being helpful and finding solutions for customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
