- Process transactions for Institutional clients, including items of the highest complexity
- Review requests/documentation for accuracy, completeness and “good order” in accordance with client specific instructions
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex operational issues, in accordance with procedures, to minimize risk and exposure
- Independently analyze and engage in the resolution process
- Exercise sound judgement when communicating errors related to transaction processing
- Effectively balance quality/productivity along with managing personal and team queues to meet department standards
- Professionally communicates both verbally and in written format with business partners and internal clients to clarify and complete request
