• Process transactions for Institutional clients, including items of the highest complexity
• Review requests/documentation for accuracy, completeness and “good order” in accordance with client specific instructions
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex operational issues, in accordance with procedures, to minimize risk and exposure
• Independently analyze and engage in the resolution process
• Exercise sound judgement when communicating errors related to transaction processing
• Effectively balance quality/productivity along with managing personal and team queues to meet department standards
• Professionally communicates both verbally and in written format with business partners and internal clients to clarify and complete request
