Fulton Gardens Post Acute is a 116 bed skilled nursing facility currently recruiting a part time weekends only receptionist. The receptionist is often the first point of contact for individuals interactions with the facility and must have excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multi task and address questions and concerns professionally as they arise from resident and family members. The receptionist will also be responsible for assisting weekend admissions to the facility, reviewing referrals from local hospitals for possible admission, and confirmation of insurance coverage.

Summary

The Receptionist answers and forwards calls through the facility’s main phone system and provides facility clerical support as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Professionally administer all incoming calls
• Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly
• Greet guests in a professional manner
• Open and close visitor area (locking doors, closing blinds, turning off lights)
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Perform a variety of clerical duties
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
