Responsibilities of Accounting Admin Assistant
  • Data entry
  • Process wires
  • Distribute mail
  • Reconciliations
  • Compile data for reporting purposes
  • Communicate with vendors and build relationships
Requirements of Accounting Admin Assistant
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative and accounting experience experience highly preferred
  • Experience with MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat required
Compensation of Accounting Admin Assistant
  • $40 – $50k dependent on experience
