Scheduling Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for mastery of the Fusion scheduling content and technologies, and the creation and execution of student contracts. A Scheduling Coordinator’s mission is to ensure the creation and maintenance of student schedules on a daily basis and to maintain communication about contracts and schedule changes to parents, students, and Admin team members.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the input and upkeep of all student schedules.

• Build, send, and support the return of student contracts.

• Execute student records requests to prior school(s) for new students.

• Support scheduling and communication of student schedules.

• Run reports for various departments, as needed.

• Execute the input of Mastery Sessions.

• Assist in processing Course Proof of Completion packets and maintain updated planning guides for each student working with the campus Director of Student Development.

• Execute all schedule changes and adjustments.

• Run the unrendered sessions report every week and follow up with staff to ensure it is cleared.

• Run billable hour reports for the Admin team that provide insight into current and upcoming enrollment trends.

• Other duties as assigned.
