Our Client, a Leading Global Cosmetics Brand is currently looking to recruit a sales focused commercially driven Area Manager to oversee the running of their accounts in ROI & NI

This company is one of the greatest success stories in the Beauty Industry with their gorgeous and effective brands stocked by the top Beauty Emporiums and High End Department Stores around the world.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• At least 5 years commercial retail experience
• At least 2 years previous Area management experience
• Strong people management skills
• General employment law knowledge
• Good commercial awareness & business acumen
• IT Skills – Excel intermediate
• Works well under pressure and to deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem solving/analytical skills
• Good attention to detail
• Good planning & organisation skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team

Cosmetics / Beauty experience is not essential but a passion for beauty and confidence in makeup application is a must!

The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising all sales opportunities throughout the geographical area by developing and coaching the Account Managers and Beauty Consultants across the 12-15 accounts. Main responsibilities include monitoring and analysing sales, managing performance, recruitment, training and development and new store openings.

Package:
Salary up to €40k + Company Car & Flexible Benefits
