G2 Secure Staff is looking for a driven, dedication and highly organized individual to join our growing organization as the Data Analyst in our corporate headquarters in Irving, TX (HDQ). The Data Analyst will have the responsibility to execute analyses that impact business operations. This includes identification of business objectives, translation into quantifiable hypotheses, data modeling and visualization, and resulting communication. They will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining the many data pipelines that feed into the team’s Cloud-based data warehouse as well as developing the dashboards intended to expose that data in a meaningful way to the business.

This position will work directly with the management team to advance the utilization of business intelligence tools across multiple facets of the company. This person will work alongside the team that built the tech stack and are currently developing dashboard reports.

It is the perfect role for someone who a) loves data b) is skilled in maintaining and analyzing it and c) is looking to broaden their business skill set via direct involvement with management and professional operators. To be successful this person needs to be very detail oriented, not just a technologist but involved in the mission and process flow within each function that they interact with.

Minimum qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with quantitative data analysis, either in the capacity of data engineering or data visualization design.
• Previous experience with data modeling tools such as Alteryx, Xplenty, Fivetran, dbt, Talend, etc.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, or like business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency with SQL.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to operate with minimal supervision, work well cross-functionally, and make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently.
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with project or program management.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders.
• Understanding of cloud technologies.
• Ability to communicate technical analysis to non-technical partners.
