Job Description:
The StreetBond Customer Service Representative is a customer-facing role that utilizes knowledge of the StreetBond products, history, customer base, and programs to support customer service and field operations for StreetBond. Specifically, the Customer Service Representative will have:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Core Activities include
[25%] Managing purchase orders from entry to fulfillment
[25%] Proactively soliciting customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
[25%] Resolving, or facilitating the resolution of, issues with customer orders
[25%] Collaborate with StreetBond Customer Success and Sales to “Close the Loop” of customer experience feedback and issue resolution

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION in customer partnerships

DILIGENCE in demonstrating, and enjoying, high attention to detail and punctuality
MEASURED and able to remain calm and collected in pressure situations, particularly in customer-facing interactions
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a customer service function
Good collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
Strong customer service orientation and passion for data-driven improvements in customer satisfaction
Understanding of the building materials and services industry and the associated revenue cycles
Ability to develop, communicate, and persuade stakeholders even in the face of extreme skepticism, risk, and uncertainty
