The company’s world-class cannabis team produces indoor cannabis that is grown in small batches with a focus on premium quality.This role will be responsible for performing all essential tasks related to forecasting, procurement, vendor relationships, PO management, as well as working with purchasing and inventory control to maintain inventory and stock levels of Accessories and CBD products within the Provisioning Centers. The selected candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with great interpersonal skills who will enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Must be a great communicator to develop cross-team relationships and functionality.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day to day purchasing operations and order process
• Develop and communicate purchasing procedures
• Investigate and develop supplier relationships, manager vendors and price/contract negotiations

• Review purchase requisitions, prepare/review quote request, create purchase orders, place orders, monitor/report purchasing budget, coordinate payment information with accounting team
• Responsible for all accessory and CBD inventory transactions, establish minimums for Provisioning Center inventory levels
• Account for all product receipt of goods, ensuring receipt information is updated in all applicable systems
• Audit inventory to ensure alignment with system inventory numbers and locations for all applicable systems
• Work with managers to maintain an accurate account of non-stock and unavailable inventory
• Create and manage reporting process to provide the quantity and value of lost or missing inventory
• Identify, analyze and report discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 Years or older and be able to pass a 10-year criminal background check
• 3+ years purchasing experience in a supply chain environment
• 2+ Years Inventory Control Experience, ERP Experience preferred
• Excellent analytical problem-solver with ability to quickly learn and master new skills
• Strong planning, scheduling, time management and project management
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively and accurately under tight deadlines
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, PPT, with strong math skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable, and able to work well both alone and with others
