The company’s world-class cannabis team produces indoor cannabis that is grown in small batches with a focus on premium quality.We are seeking an experienced Creative Manager to help with the development and implementation of brand assets, marketing materials, presentations, print and digital advertising, social media, and other marketing projects as needed.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow departmental processes, continuously working to improve communication, creativity, and efficiency on the team, and ensuring the process is being followed.
• Work with Creative Services Manager on timing and execution of projects and deadlines.
• Help junior designers as needed with special projects, daily work and current best practices
• Follow design and format standards to produce consistent high-quality result.
• Ensure that project goals and timing are met.
• Perform in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
• Work with photo team on product and lifestyle photography.
• Be an extension of our video/photo team to provide video support at special events, grand openings, etc.
• All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/BA in Creative, Business Marketing and/or Design preferred
• 5+ Years Design experience required
• 5+ Years of Proven Experience in Management required
• A robust portfolio that demonstrates a strong sense of branding strategy, creativity, storytelling, problem solving, and technical expertise is required
• Professional photography and video experience highly preferred
• Illustrator experience highly preferred
• Must have proven experience using Adobe design tools and MS Office
• Experience working in a SCRUM/AGILE project management environment highly preferred
• Must possess the ability to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team or independently
