The Role

We’re seeking a Marketing Director who analyze the company’s goals and research their target audience to come up with detailed marketing plans and schedules for campaigns, oversee the campaign’s performance and will ensure it stays on track with the schedule they’ve laid out.

Responsibilities

• Identifies crypto industry trends and insights, competitor analysis, set up brand communication and follower increase objectives (ROI and KPIs).
• Establish and implement communication strategies in social networks and alignment with marketing strategies
• Creation of text, image and video content for multiple social media accounts, as well as internal communication (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tiktok).
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
• Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
• Collaborates with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.

Requisitos:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience working in digital marketing, particularly within the crypto industry.
• Strategies and content creation in Social Networks.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Social media analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, FB Ads, etc.).
• Content creation and statistical analysis.
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies and trading (desirable).
• Budget management
• Competencies: Market understanding, planning and organizing, product understanding, strategic thinking, data analysis.
• Fluent English (Required).
