Job Description:

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, motivated, and creative individual for the position of Executive Assistant in our expanding behavioral health practice. Initial responsibilities include assisting with the daily operations of our 3 practice entities, with the intention of hiring more personnel within the next 6 months. The right candidate will be eager to love his/her contribution to the core values and philosophy of our organization.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 3 years working in office management

Position Duties (include but not limited to):

• Manage incoming and outgoing communications
• Patient data entry
• Manage schedules for three to four clinicians
• Maintain medical records
• Maintain credentialing for the licensed clinicians.
• Correspond with pharmacies and insurance companies
• Maintain 4 office spaces for daily business and arrange for periodic cleaning and updates
• Order office supplies as specified
• Manage additional projects as determined
• Direct operations of the facility, including short- and long-range strategic planning so that the practice operates cost effectively and efficiently
• Ensure the establishment and execution of all departmental goals
• Manage, train, and motivate all personnel reporting to this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
