Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, we service our customers by providing high-quality home medical equipment products. We have an in-depth understanding of the insurance coverage and qualification guidelines. This opportunity may be a great fit if you meet these minimum requirements:

• Associates Degree
• 2 years customer service experience, healthcare industry experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good typing skills (at least 40wpm)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and email applications
• Physically capable of multiple 30-pound lifts
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Maui resident for 2 years minimum
• Ability to have problem-solving skills to work independently
