Leads projects from conception to completion, understanding the game and our needs, while being able to elaborate tailored made proposals for each potential partner.

Negotiates terms and conditions internally and externally (Marketing, Legal, Finances, Esports).

Identifies and communicates potential issues or blockers and finds ways around.

Ensures that we receive the negotiated benefits, but also that our responsibilities to the partner are fulfilled and even looks for ways to provide added value to them.

Proactively communicates to the cross-functional teams (Payments, Business Development, other Products) and provides resources, updates, issues, and relevant information.

Serves as a liaison between the product and said areas to enhance our communications efforts.

Finds resources for the brand, such as alliances, new vendors, intelligence, etc.

Marketing and/or Business Development background

At least 2 years of working experience in similar functions

Ability to identify value and propose win-win agreements

Excellent communications skills

Detail-oriented and adjustable to change

Analytical and detail-oriented

Passionate about the gaming industry, previous experience is a plus

Team Player
