Gate 1 Ltd Hiring for Group Operations Agent at Remote Full Time

Group Operators are responsible for coordinating and working with group leaders, land and air suppliers, and internal departments to organize and book group travel itineraries. Group Operators need to ensure that the terms of the contract are followed and adhered to. The overall goal of the group operations team is to ensure excellent pre-travel service as well as when the group is in destination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain key deadline reminders to the clients
• Ensure to meet all deadlines set in place by suppliers and internal departments
• Maintain strong customer service relationship with group leaders and clients ensuring to respond to questions in a timely fashion
• Manage group inventory space
• Manage supplier reporting and confirmations
• Reconcile payments on group bookings
• Provide support to the Group Leaders and answer any questions from clients within a group
• Update services on existing reservations and notifying clients of any itinerary changes
• Provide travel documentation

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• An analytical mindset with excellent organization skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting (Receivables, Payables)
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word & Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Travel or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Customer Service experience is preferred
