Gateway Rehab and Wellness Center, Inc., a very busy, multidisciplinary physical medicine office in Orange County, is seeking a motivated Front Desk Patient Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Our facility is known for our friendly, outgoing, and professional staff which begins with our interactions in the community.

You will have the opportunity to work with different health professionals such as medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, acupuncturists, massage therapists and more as well as the most wonderful patients in the world!

Our perfect candidate is a driven, charismatic, task-oriented, outgoing, logical thinking, multi-tasker who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure our patients are treated with the highest level of care.

Must be a fast learner, possess amazing communication skills, and have excellent phone etiquette. Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is essential.

Major Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Managing Patients Treatment Schedules – This is the primary responsibility of this management position.
• Scheduling Patients
• Greeting patients
• Answering phones
• Patient file preparation and management
• Customer Service “Rockstar”
• Collecting Payments
• Verifying Insurance
• Data Entry
• Manage multiple providers’ schedules and patient flow
• Multitasking while building and maintaining patient relationships
• Statistic tracking and record-keeping
• Experience in a medical office setting is preferred but not required. This is a PART-TIME position. Please email resume and include salary history with references.

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
