The Client is a a full-service Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is a leading provider of Clinical research services. Client has fifteen years of impeccable regulatory history with USFDA, WHO, MHRA, Health Canada, AGES, AEMPS, MCC, MOH, ANSM, MOPH, ANVISA, CAP, and NABL.

Below is the job description

• Ensure to follow and adherence of organization’s general rules, policies and applicable SOPs and provide feedback on SOPs, procedures and practices for better development for future projects in association with Sr. Project Managers/HOD and to make them user friendly and robust.
• Develop and measure performance indicators for assigned staff like CRAs, Sr. CRAs, CTL etc.
• Identify individual training needs for the assigned team members and assist with the coordination and conduct of training and development efforts globally
• Recommend and coordinate appropriate training initiatives to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, site visits training etc.
• Effectively communicate and develop management strategies, policies and procedures in conjunction with leadership teams on assigned projects
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with Sr. PM/ HOD to manage assigned staff in a matrix environment
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external clients to ensure upmost achievement on project deliverables, timelines and quality standards
• Responsible for the new monitoring staff (like CTA, CRAs, Sr. CRAs etc.) including contractual monitoring staff if any for on-boarding, management and off-boarding in coordination with HR and HOD
• Responsible for financial negotiation and management of all Clinical Trials (CT) contract vendorsfor the assigned projects
• Coordination and supervise the study team for the study feasibilities and PI (Principal Investigator) database updates.
• Coordination with the sponsors to drive the project deliverables and timelines.
• Review of study/ project applicable documents like study protocol, ICF, eCRF, minute of meetings, study reports etc.
• Create and implement Project Management Plan, operational planning, analysis, risk assessment and resolution strategies.
• Project overall finance tracking and planning. Also help the project team on the site budget negotiations/ finalization as per project need.
• Responsible for monitoring the progress/performance of all projects to include quality of services provided timeliness of deliverables, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to financial targets.
• Develop and implement orientation programs for new team members including the ongoing training, continuing education, and professional development programs for others.
• Manage and direct the efforts of CRAs/CTAs and recommend personnel actions.
• Mentoring and grooming the team by appropriate training and line management activities.
• Coordinate regular team meetings and ensure team is kept abreast of departmental and organizational activities, goals, and policies.
• If required, the PM may also work as independent site monitor for other studies wherein s/he is not involved as PM. As site monitor s/he would perform site feasibility, site qualification visits, site initiation visits, site monitoring visits and site closeout visits, as per the project scope.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year

Experience:

• PM experience (multi-centric Phase IV studies): 5 years (Preferred)
