Gavin Realty Hiring for Customer Care Support at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting customer issues, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, and possess great problem-solving abilities.

Tasks

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service in response to inquiries via phone, email or other channels as required
• Investigate and resolve queries related to products, services or processes with speed and accuracy.
• Create accurate records of all conversations between customers and support teams using tracking software.
• Follow up with customers on any unresolved issues in a timely manner.
• Track customer feedback to identify trends in order to proactively address potential problems before they arise. • Make recommendations on process improvements that will enhance the overall user experience for our customers. • Remain up-to-date with changes within the company’s products/services/processes for better understanding when helping customers solve their challenges. • Proactively monitor online communities (forums) and respond promptly to any comments from our customers by engaging them constructively towards resolutions or transfer them over live chat when appropriate . • Document processes according to policies & procedures established by the company .

Requirements

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in an area relevant field is preferred but not necessary • 2+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment providing excellent customer service • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability listen carefully understand what is being asked . • Excellent written communication skills; grammar , spelling etc.. must be top notch • Proven ability to stay organized while managing multiple customer inquiries at once
