Tasks

• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through the chat function on a website
• Providing accurate and complete information to customers’ questions or concerns
• Resolving customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Escalating complex issues to a higher level of support when necessary
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
