We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as a remote Online | Admin Support/Receptionist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the organization by managing data entry, customer service, answering phones, and other reception and project-related duties. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for potential and existing customers in order to provide assistance with inquiries or requests.

Tasks

Responsibilities:
– Manage customer service-related emails including responding promptly to customer inquiries or complaints

– Responsible for data entry for various tasks such as filing documents or creating spreadsheets

– Assist with any overall reception duties such as booking conference rooms and sorting mail

– Maintain customer databases ensuring all records are up-to-date at all times

– Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them in finding solutions to their inquiries or requests

– Manage customer service related emails including responding promptly to customer inquiries or complaints

– Responsible for data entry for various tasks such as filing documents or creating spreadsheets

– Assist with any overall reception duties such as booking conference rooms and sorting mail

– Maintain customer databases ensuring all records are up-to-date at all times

Requirements

Requirements:
– Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service over the phone or online

– Excellent verbal communication skills

– Ability to effectively prioritize tasks while multitasking

– Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel & Word

– Previous experience working remotely preferred
