We have a fantastic career opportunity for a mid-level Software Engineer to become a central part of our Melbourne team.

What you’ll be doing:

Working in a close-knit agile team environment, you’ll provide technical expertise to the project team as we continue our digital transformation and improve existing products.

• Analyse, design and develop new features for our clients using Java/Spring
• Work with a broad team on problem resolution, improvements and modifications to our software
• Perform design and code walkthroughs
• Undertake code reviews
• Build your devops skillset

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• At least 3 years’ IT development experience and 3 years Web technologies, Java 8, REST API, Junit and Hibernate
• 3+ years using Spring technologies and development experience with SQL, XML
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to work outside of hours when needed (and we have flexible work options)
• The right to live and work in Australia

We’d also love it if you have:

• Some DevOps knowledge/experience
• GIT, Maven and Jira experience
