Pay: $1187.50/week (Including Overtime)
Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm, with a 30 minute lunch
Example Responsibilities of the Clerical / Administrative Associate:

- Daily Deposits
- Computerized check writing
- Time Card handling
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting to Manager & Corporate
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Audit Compliance of Clerical Paperwork
- Answering customer phone calls
- Greeting customers in store
Requirements for the Clerical / Admin Associate position:
- Computer/Typing Abilities
- Polished telephone and email abilities
- Customer Service
- Bilingual in Spanish (a plus, but not mandatory)
- Hard Working
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and shift gears quickly
- Complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Takes initiative and able to receive feedback while working as part of a team
