Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:

• Assist Maintenance Engineers to establish spare part management system for manufacturing equipment.
• Read the existing spare part list & understand the technical functions of each spare part on the machine to identify compatibility & classification.
• To provide standard naming convention to the spare parts.
• To capture information of spare parts and update required field in the Maximo application.
• Create a standard work for technicians / Assistant Engineers to stock up / withdraw spare part from the store and update the inventory list in Maximo accordingly so that the real time data is visible for technicians, requestor & approver

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Pursuing a Diploma in Supply chain / Engineering
