Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading MR Install Base Lifecycle Management elements for the Service channel of the USCAN MR portfolio to grow revenue and maximize margin. This role will actively mine voice of customer and market insights to formulate and operationalize product strategy, tailor product configurations and pricing for customer segment value, identifying growth opportunities, guide product roadmaps with Global MR, and partner with Services product management on comprehensive equipment and services solutions.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Growth, Strategy, and Product Execution
Work cross-functionally and horizontally to design, develop & test, commercialize, operationalize and continuously evolve the MR solutions portfolio specific to upgrades activated through the Service Channel.
Support MR new service introduction and improvement requirements from global product, commercial teams based on customer value, industry trend, competitive landscape, growth dynamics, speed to market, technical roadmap and return of investment.
Lead operational execution strategy to maximize resource utilization and growth outcome by identifying region best practices, integrating various customer facing service products and offerings, working with commercial/operation leaders, driving data visibility, digital platform/tool scalability, digital ecosystem level 1-4 support sustainability and process standardization.
Work horizontally with USCAN Imaging, Services & Healthcare Financial Services to drive results specific to MR commercial upgrade offerings that enable customers to extend the useful life of their equipment.
Lead strategy, process and communication of Field Upgrades, and equipment End of Guaranteed Service.
Liaise with Enterprise Operations to provide technical support for RFPs, create and manage catalogs(including long/medium/short descriptions and set-up in CPQ, NPI change orders and backlog conversions, management of flex trials, and technology obsolescence agreements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field 5+ years’ experience in marketing, product management or related field
Experience in a customer facing role (Service, Sales or Applications)
Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical and process skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead commercial programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams

Additional Job Description
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,760.00-$134,640.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
