Job Description Summary
This role will focus on the implementation and growth of the Unite Services Channel Partner program. Accounts will primarily focus on large, comprehensive service providers and expanding GE Healthcare’s support of these partners. Will be responsible for subject matter expertise supporting product development and collaborative commercial partnerships that involve assigned channel partner accounts.

Roles and Responsibilities
Execute the US channel partner strategy including expertise of assigned channel partner model, new account prospecting, onboarding, and account growth through selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or special projects.
Develop specialized knowledge of latest commercial offering developments.
Develop customized account plans, follow-up strategies and tactics to drive growth of GE Healthcare’s services through accounts.
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers.
Contributes towards strategy and policy development and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Established project management skills.
Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how the channel program integrates with other areas of service & equipment sales; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
Takes new perspective on existing solutions.
Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 6+ years of outside sales, large strategic account management, or commercial leadership.
Ability to travel and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Familiarity with Healthcare Industry
