Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product marketers, our corporate UX team, and end-users to define and implement innovative solutions for marketing our healthcare solutions to the a variety of audiences product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages for both offering-specific webpages on gehealthcare.com as well as marketing landing pages used to promote campaigns from concept to final hand-off to our IT team.
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex solution explainers.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iteratively improve design solutions.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to our partners and stakeholders (with additional support from marketing).
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-years experience in UX/UI design.
Proficient in design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
A robust portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions across multiple platforms.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is 114,400.00 – 143,000.00 – 171,600.00 USD Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
