Working as our HR and Recruiter Assistant, your main responsibilities would revolve around clerical and administrative work such as data entry, uploading and scanning files, and collaborating with team members regarding process follow-ups. We continually grow as an organization and need help! The ideal candidate would have prior clerical experience with a drive to learn and work hard.

HR and Recruiter Assistant Job Responsibilities

• Data entry.
• Scanning documents and uploading them into our system.
• Following up with candidates to make sure they follow the steps for pre-employment approval.
• Making sure the hiring managers are aware of their candidates’ status.
• Other duties that may arise within the HR Department.

HR and Recruiter Assistant Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1 year of prior office experience is required.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills (phone and email correspondence).

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen – THC not included in the screening.
