Our work depends on a CyberSecurity Lead joining our team to support our Special Warfare (SW) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) (SWAK) activities preferably in the greater Dayton, Ohio area.
General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a CyberSecurity Lead to support continued development activities for the SWAK.
The goal of the SWAK is to improve the performance of the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) Special Tactics (ST), Tactical Air Control Party (TACP), and Personnel Recovery operators during target acquisition and control, combat search and rescue, and personnel recovery operations, reducing potential for errors, enhancing the safety and security of friendly forces, and, ultimately, reducing the risks of fratricide.
The CyberSecurity Lead shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) or Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) experience
Minimum 3 years of Risk Management Framework (RMF) for IT enterprise networks and/or Platform Information Technology (PIT) systems experience
Information Assurance Manager (IAM) or Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II Cybersecurity Certification
Capable of leading/accomplishing all Cyber-related tasks
Secret clearance or higher
It is desirable that the CyberSecurity Lead possess the following skills, attributes and certifications:
Knowledge/experience in implementing DevSecOps best practices
IAM and IAT Level III Cybersecurity Certification
Experience in Information Technology (IT) networking and systems engineering
Capability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and communicate cybersecurity status with senior leadership and team stakeholders
Experience evaluating cybersecurity test reports and developing technical mitigations to develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs)
